Center Point is a big client, with a portfolio spanning fifty-nine million square feet of real estate. CenterPoint Properties has established itself as one of the leading industrial real estate firms in the U.S.

 

CenterPoint’s properties range from single-buildings to complex and they achieved a depth of knowledge that rivals any competitor. CenterPoint’s brand unified across both print and digital, ultimately elevating their market position throughout our 10-year relationship.

Challenge

We focused primarily on global site plans, where we accomplished brand refresh and microsite development for their newly acquired properties.

Process

We began our work with CenterPoint by building a new microsite for a newly acquired property. The main U.I. was built for this microsite. CenterPoint.com was used as the base platform for developing solutions. Mainly its was built as a separate micro theme and integrated into their main C.M.s. Moreover, we used JavaScript GSAP to animate custom SVG illustrations.

 

The on-site plan required a refresh for more than 350 properties. We worked closely with the Art Director to develop an easy and quick process of refreshing all properties. We designed an interactive pdf where users can switch between different layers to see property design with or without aerial view. In two months, 350 properties were redesigned and delivered to the client.

Conclusion

We are working on the next phase of the property redesign, where all properties are built-in 3D, and users can engage in a virtual tour on CenterPoint’s website. An automated, web-based PDF brochure is essential in showcasing the fundamental features of the property. Interactive tools and calculators to help drive leads. And a ten percent increase in web-user visit sessions after the launch. The micro-property website within the parent site establishes brand consistency and ease of management.
