PS Business Parks, Inc. is a real estate investment trust that acquires, develops, owns, and operates commercial properties. They concentrate on multi-tenant industrial, flex, and office spaces. The company owns twenty-seven-million five-hundred-thousand rentable square feet concentrated in twelve submarkets spread across six states and holds a ninety-five percent interest in a three-hundred-ninety-five unit apartment complex.

We were tasked to redesign their print materials and rebuild their website under a two months. The project’s central challenge was integrating the PSBP custom property management tool with our newly developed database to build. This helped to build a custom availability map for P.S. Business Parks clients.

We focused on developing a custom admin panel with separate reusable templates using ACF as the main backbone for the CMS. After a successful website lunch, the work was transferred on custom-built Zoom pages and email notifications. We personalized the Zoom login page and email notification to follow P.S. Business Park’s updated brand.

We are working closely with the client’s marketing team to enhance the company’s brand and expand revenue.

With the launch of the newly rebranded website, P.S. Business Parks stocks went up by twenty-three percent. We built a strong relationship with the client and worked on new print materials, and maintained constant maintenance and updates to their site.
